Managing Deeds in the Buy-out Process
In order to prepare for buy-out, one vital consideration is the quality and accuracy of the pension scheme’s deeds and accompanying documentation. Using Perspective to scrutinise and collate complex historical deeds will potentially reduce the cost of the transaction, limit the number of exclusions and make the scheme more attractive to the insurers.

Time Travel
Unique to Perspective, time travel has been enhanced with a Colour Key explaining the view on the screen.
Users can still view text at any date in the past, present or future, but now they can also see changes that have occurred between two dates. The “Between Dates” view adds another valuable dimension to the time travel feature.

Simply type part of the document title or its abbreviation or select from a list of your recently opened documents.
Searching
Searching has been redesigned, making it more intuitive, quicker and easier to find what you are looking for.
Search is a simple, two-step process. Step one is to enter the word or phrase you want to search for. Step two is to select the documents. You can search documents you have recently used or are currently viewing, as well as whole collections or individual documents within those collections. Results are clearly displayed, with intuitive advanced searches available, including extra functionality to save your search.
